Nextail recognised by World Economic Forum

Nextail, a smart platform transforming fashion retail merchandising with the power of AI, has been recognised as one of its 2020 Technology Pioneers by the World Economic Forum.

This is a fantastic achievement for our client and we’ve been helping them raise awareness of their selection.

We pitched the news to a range of media covering fashion, fashion-retail, retail-tech, tech, start-ups and also Spanish reporters on mainstream and international titles given that Nextail is headquartered in Madrid.

Being selected onto the programme was a strong news hook in itself. Technology Pioneer programme alumni include Airbnb, Google, Kickstarter, Mozilla, Spotify, TransferWise and Twitter, plus Nextail is the first Spanish start up to be recognised in 15 years of the programme.

However, we used the announcement to additionally pitch exclusive interviews with Nextail CEO Joaquin Villalba and further feature ideas to deliver even more compelling stories.

Themes included how Nextail is helping fashion retailers and their customers embrace environmentally sustainable consumption models, and the importance of Nextrail’s technology to fashion retailers in the age of COVID-19.

We’re pleased to have delivered strong, well-messaged pieces across target media including Silicon Republic, Business Insider, Fashion Network, Retailer Technology Innovation Hub and A1Retail.
